At YourTaste, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds are accepted.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or replacement if:
- The product is damaged or defective
- The wrong item was delivered
- The product is significantly different from its description
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Perishable goods (food, groceries)
- Personal care items (opened or used)
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse
3. Return Process

Our team will review the request and respond within 48 hours.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
- Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on the payment provider
- Cash on Delivery (COD) refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Policy
- Replacements are subject to product availability
- If replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
7. Seller Responsibility
- Returns and refunds are processed in coordination with the respective seller
- Sellers are responsible for product quality and authenticity
8. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is not allowed
