• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics issues, or regional restrictions) are beyond our control.
Once shipped, tracking details will be shared with the customer whenever available.
Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
• The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Cancellations:

• Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Returns & Exchanges:
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition with all tags intact.
• Items such as innerwear, personal care products, or customized items are non-returnable unless received damaged or defective.
• In case of damaged or incorrect products, customers must raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with proper images.
