  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

  • Once shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email.

  • Delivery timelines may vary during sales, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.

Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us at Threadly.

  • Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes quality inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to a damaged or incorrect product received.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Size or product exchanges are allowed subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
